Cancellation Policy

• Amount paid will be Non – Refundable.

• If in case, of any emergency then the booking advance amount will be adjustable fully in the next booking within 2 Months (Depending on availability) if informed us 10 days prior to your booking dates.

• If the booking is canceled on the same day as your booking date then the advance amount paid will neither be adjusted nor refunded.

• If informed 9 days prior – 10% Retention charges on room tariff.

• If informed 7 days prior – 20% Retention charges on room tariff.

• If informed 5 days prior – 30% Retention charges on room tariff.

• If informed 2 days prior – 50% Retention charges on room tariff.

• Also, If Incase of Lockdown or Covid-19 case at home then the amount which you have paid can be used in the future within 6 months. – We do not have a refund policy in any case.

• Please Note: Cancellations on the same day as well as 2 Days prior will not be accepted and full retention on Room tariff will be applicable
